Work your contacts!

Most of us have family friends, and business associates that either have insider information or other friends, relatives or business associates that could help us move forward in one way or another. Many people are shy and don't want to infringe or be a burden to others. In order to move forward with ones career you use use your total circle of influence. It's true that some may not be happy to open their book of contacts so It's up to you to use charm, tact and motivational skills to pick the lock to their insiders kingdom of contacts. Bribes work well in Hollywood to! Flowers, candy and booze are great keys to unlocking potential sources.

Don't be cheap, this is your career and you pay for what you get. There may be a few good Samaritans but there, but most people need some sort of motivation or positive reinforcement to help you. It's up to you to decipher their needs and go after what you need!

Contacts are all around us..The grocery store, the bank, the cleaners, the post office, your child's school, they are everywhere.

If you open yourself up to the world, it will open it self up to you. So be friendly and interact with people. It will increase your networking circle and help you on the way to achieving your goals.
